It is an exciting opportunity to bring forward a new community centred on a design which calls back to the area’s motoring heritage, also opening up access from Sandy Lane to the Coventry Canal.
The proposals will complement and support the recently refurbished Daimler Powerhouse, which is to be retained as a key cultural and community asset within the scheme.
The proposals reflect national and local priorities to make best use of brownfield land to provide new homes, on a site which is allocated for new homes in Coventry City Council’s adopted local plan.
