What happens next?

Rainier Real Estate will be submitting a planning application to Coventry City Council in the coming weeks, which will seek approval for the principles of the proposed development, with a number of approved parameters.

The application will also include a Statement of Community Involvement which will report on the feedback provided in this consultation and any responses, including any key themes.
Should the application be approved, we will then work with a development partner to deliver the new homes on the Site.
