The Proposal

Vision


Our vision is to create a sustainable development of up to 250 homes that forms a residential extension to the existing community of Electric Wharf and surrounding areas, and provide a locally distinctive, connected and resilient neighbourhood that will contribution positively to meeting the housing needs of Coventry.
This development aims to develop a high-density, well-balanced community that seamlessly integrates modern living with the rich heritage of the Site and its local context.
